This policy is specifically tailored for our categories: Pooja Samagri, Idol Decor, and Vastu-Compliant Home Decor.
1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for eligible items
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Be in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
Have the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions
Due to the sensitive, hygienic, or consecrated nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

4. Damages and Issues (Mandatory Proof)
You must inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit (e.g., broken idol), or if you received the wrong item:
Immediate Notification: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof: You must provide clear photographic and/or unboxing video evidence of the damage/defect immediately upon opening the package. This is essential for us to claim insurance and process a replacement or refund.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at [Support Email Address, e.g., support@gharpooja.com] within the 7-day window.
Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the Item(s), the Reason for Return, and attach the required Proof (photos/video) for damaged items.
Await Approval: If eligible, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
