• Customized or special puja kits may take additional time (you will be notified in advance).

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

• For metro cities, delivery may be faster. Remote areas may take longer.

• International shipping (if applicable) timelines will be shared at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499/- (within India).

• Orders below ₹499/- will have a nominal shipping charge based on location.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Damaged / Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
